Introduction

Founded on 2 October 2017, Bolafi Farms & Construction began with a single tractor helping smallholder maize farmers in Ghana’s Northern Region. Today we are a multi-disciplinary team delivering high-quality civil works and mechanised farming services that power food security and economic growth nationwide.

Our Journey

  1. 2024 — Modern CHPS & Staff Accommodation, Gbamgbapong (Saboba) (ongoing) Latest

    Constructing a contemporary CHPS compound with integrated staff housing, boosting frontline healthcare access for remote households in Saboba—due for completion Q4 2025.

  2. 2023 — 10‑Bed CHPS & Staff Housing, Siburni (Zabzugu District)

    Delivered a fully equipped 10-bed CHPS facility plus two staff accommodation units, strengthening primary healthcare access in the Zabzugu district.

  3. 2020,2021 — Community Sanitation & Water Facilities, Western Region

    Built modern toilet blocks equipped with mechanised boreholes, biodigester systems and solar power—delivering safe, sustainable sanitation to three communities.

  4. 2017 — Kpeigu CHPS Health Post

    Completed a full Community-based Health Planning & Services (CHPS) centre with staff accomodation, serving adjoining communities.

  5. 2016 — Feeder-Road Upgrade

    Improved the Kujooni–Gbenjak corridor with 3 × 3 m culverts and gravel surfacing, opening new market access for 7 000 rural residents.
